Cancellations: If you cancel the reservation up to 2 days before the arrival date for reservations from November 1 to March 31, and 5 days for reservations from April 1 to October 31, the establishment will not charge. If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night. If you do not show up, the establishment will charge the full stay.
Reservations of more than 2 rooms may be subject to different policies and supplements.
The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival. If none of the guests is the owner of the credit card used for the reservation, the property must be contacted in advance.
Once the check-in is done, in case of partial or total cancellation of the reservation, the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
A secure link will be sent to pay or pre-authorize the reservation.
