General Policies
ESTABLISHMENT POLICIES
- Any damage caused will be paid by the guest.
- The property is not responsible for guests' belongings.
- Check-out is until 11:00. There is an established extra cost to leave the room later.
- Smoking is not allowed in the building. If you ignore this rule, you will have to pay the extra cleaning costs.
- Complaint forms are available to you.
- We reserve the right of admission.
- Children under 3 years old can stay for free when using existing beds.
- Older children or adults can be accommodated for EUR 30 (low season) or EUR 60 (high season) per person per night
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- FREE CANCELLATION : If you cancel the reservation up to 2 days before the arrival date for reservations from November 1 to March 31, and 5 days for reservations from April 1 to October 31, the establishment will not charge. If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night. If you do not show up, the establishment will charge the full stay.

Once the Check-in is done, in case of partial or total cancellation, the entire stay will be charged
The Hostel reserves the right to pre-authorize the total amount of the stay
- NON REFUNDABLE: If you cancel or modify the reservation, the total amount of the stay will be charged. The total amount of the reservation may be charged at any time after making the reservation.
